Refund policy
At HomeFusion, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original condition
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is damaged, broken, or physically altered after delivery
- Product has been used, washed, or modified
- Original packaging or tags are missing
- Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Sale items or gift cards
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
Damaged / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a wrong item or the product has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos at devganiyatilak9@gmail.com.
Our team will review the issue and decide whether the request qualifies for replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
